The Swasthya Saksham e-learning course is part of a joint initiative by Y4D Foundation and MSD Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. aimed at building the capacity of over 1,050 Auxiliary Nurse Midwives (ANMs) and Multipurpose Workers (MPWs) across Maharashtra.

This comprehensive LMS is co-created with expert doctors to ensure accuracy and real-world applicability. It includes structured training modules, practical case studies, and visual learning aids that align with national health guidelines.

Participants can access the LMS anytime during their free hours, allowing flexible, self-paced learning. Through continuous mentoring and interactive assessments, the course strengthens understanding of maternal health, disease prevention, screening procedures, and emergency management — ensuring improved service delivery at PHCs and Sub-Centres in rural and underserved regions.
